Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Wage: $52K - $58K per year depending on experience

A flexible schedule will be necessary during the training probationary time. Monday - Tuesday would be 4:40PM - 4:45AM Wednesday 1:00PM - 8PM and Thursdays 4:30AM - 2:30PM (Wednesday/Thursdays are approximate times) 

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Perform equipment tear down and setup.
• Operate a press during production runs.
• Identify, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems – from 460V power systems down to 24V (low voltage with PLCs).
• Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Monitor hot-press operations (clean and maintain dies).

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• General welding experience (TIG preferred)
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic power systems.
• Experience with hand and power tools, including a multi meter to troubleshoot electrical systems
• Preferred: 5+ years of equipment and PLC-maintenance-technician experience.
