Mixer

Wage: $31K - $35K per year + OT when needed

Choose from 1st shift (4:40 AM - 4:45 PM) or 2nd shift (4:40 PM - 4:45 AM), Monday through Thursday. During busier months, you may also work some partial Fridays.

As a Mixer, you will:

• Mix dough according to master formulations to meet strict quality standards
• Obtain all necessary raw ingredients, ensure dough conforms to our specifications
• Record operational and production data
• Observe production, monitor equipment for safety and efficiency
• Alert your Shift Supervisor to any issues with the ingredients or equipment
• Assist with training new employees and temps to the department
• Assist with weekly pre-operational cleaning

Mixer Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not necessary.
• 6+ months of experience (or equivalent) on a production line
• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic math skills
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities
